Refund & Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 24 hours or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. To cancel, contact us directly through our website or by phone.
Privacy Policy
Bridge Royal Hotel collects personal information (name, email, phone number, payment details) solely for the purpose of processing reservations and improving your stay. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to process your booking. Your data is stored securely and you may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Terms of Service
By booking with Bridge Royal Hotel, you agree to our house rules and cancellation policy. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Bridge Royal Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests who violate hotel policies. We are not liable for loss of personal belongings during your stay.
Check-in / Check-out Policy
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
House Rules
No smoking is permitted inside the rooms or public areas; designated smoking areas are available outside. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM. Pets are not allowed on the premises. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Complimentary services are for registered guests only and vary by room type: the Deluxe Room includes free breakfast and Wi-Fi; the Superior Deluxe Room, Executive Room, and Suite Room include free breakfast, dinner for one person, and Wi-Fi. All complimentary services are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer (CRDB) and other methods listed at checkout. Prices are in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are per room per night.
